You should not rely on your hosting server bandwidth limit. Sometimes your hosting provider don’t allow good bandwidth if resources are already consumed so try to connect to your website using ftp and edit file wp-settings.php and uncomment lines which contains the following filenames: deprecated.php, pluggable-deprecated.php, bookmark.php and bookmark-template.php. Hopefully it will resolve your issue. To be on safe side, you can can first upload the complete plugin so all files should be uploaded with complete bytes. Sometimes on auto update, you miss the correct bytes.
